How do I change my account?

1. Use your computer and log in to the web version of our App.

 

 

 

2. Login to My Camera and click on [My account] at the upper right corner of the page.

 

 

 

3. Select [My Account] from the pull-down menu.

 

 

 

4. Access the Account Info page in order to [Change Your E-mail].

 

 

5. Enter your new E-mail address in the pop-up window.

Once you’re done, click on [OK].

 

 

6. Please check the new email box to receive the verification letter, then the account change completed.
