1. If you did not receive an E-mail sent by firstname.lastname@example.org after a few minutes, try checking your Junk mail box.
2. If both your inbox and junk mail box do not contain the [Beseye] Account Password Reset E-mail, please return to the computer login page of [My Camera], click on the [Forgot Password] link, then re-enter the E-mail address that you've used during the registration, and then click [Send]. The support system should re-send an account reset E-mail to that E-mail address.
3. If you still failed to receive the password reset E-mail, it would probably mean that you did not use this E-mail address during registration.
