1. If you do not receive an E-mail sent by email@example.com after a few minutes, try checking your Junk mailbox.
2. If you could not find [Beseye] Account Password Reset E-mail neither in your inbox nor your Junk mailbox, please go to the computer login page, enter [My Camera], click on the [Forgot Password] link, then re-enter the E-mail address that you've used for the registration, and then click [Send]. The support system should re-send an account reset E-mail to that E-mail address.
3. If you still fail to receive the password reset E-mail, it would probably mean that you did not use this E-mail address for registration.
