Do I need to be connected to a network when using voice message?

You must be connected to the Internet or Wi-Fi in order to do two-way talk:

Mobile device/ computer:

Login to the Beseye APP on a smart device (smartphone or tablet ) or login to the computer version of [My Camera] on a computer. An Internet or Wi-Fi network must be available.

Camera:

Beseye Camera users must be connected to the Wi-Fi network to start the two-way talk.
