How Do I Determine Whether There Is A Problem With The Power Cable Or The Transformer Charger?

Try the following methods in order:

• Use your own power cable connected to Beseye's transformer charger and see if it is able to power the camera.
  
  
• Use Beseye's power cable and your own transformer charger and see if they are able to power the camera.
• Use your own transformer charger and your own power cable and see if they are able to power the camera.
