There Is Some Problems With My Beseye Camera But The Warranty Has Expired. What Should I Do?

If the Beseye product failure is not covered by the terms of the warranty:

For example, if the warranty period has expired or where the product damage was caused by human error or negligence, Beseye will charge a repair fee.

Please be rest assured as the repair cost will be determined by professionals from the original manufacturers.

 

Expiration of warranty:

If you require repair and maintenance services, please contact the Beseye online customer support and provide the following information:

A. Product model and serial number

B. Problem and condition encountered by the product

Customer support shall provide you with support to verify whether your Beseye product requires repairs and give detailed information with regards to product delivery method, time, and fees.

Where the warranty has expired, you must pay for product delivery fees to and from Beseye for repair purposes. Beseye will not pay for any delivery fees incurred.

Note: If you seek maintenance and repairs from the store or dealer where you’ve made your original purchase, you must comply with the repairs and maintenance system of the said store or maintenance. The store will provide you with the relevant services.

C. Your contact number and address

D. Photocopies of the original invoice, receipt, or sales order of the product

Before accepting maintenance or repairs under the terms of the warranty, Beseye or its representative may require you to provide a detailed proof of purchase in order to help diagnose the potential problem, ask you several questions, and comply with Beseye procedures to ensure that you receive proper warranty repairs.

Beseye customer support will get back to you as quickly as it can.
