What are the standards for repair costs for the Beseye Pro Camera?

Users can enjoy 1-year free warranty services for repair items covered by the warranty from the date of original purchase. After receiving the Beseye product (Beseye Pro Camera) that require repairs, Beseye will check the product to verify that the cause of the damage is applicable to the terms prescribed by the Beseye warranty services.

Failed product:

  • Compliance with the terms of the warranty:

Beseye will provide free repair services or provide you with a new replacement.

  • Not covered by the warranty:

If the warranty has expired or if human error or negligence causes damage of the Beseye product, Beseye will charge a fee.
