How do add a new Beseye Pro Camera under your account?

● Use the mobile device (smart phone or tablet computer) to login to the Beseye APP to add your new Beseye Pro Camera.

● You will not be able to use the Computer to login to the PC version of the webpage to add new cameras.

● The following section is divided into procedures for the Android version and iOS version of the App.

 

 

Procedure for the Android version:

1. Enter your personal account name and password to login to the Beseye APP.

2. Go to [My Camera] and press the [+] button at the upper right corner of the page.

 

3. Plug in the power cable for your Beseye Pro.

Select the [Plugged in. Let’s begin the settings] at the bottom of the APP page.

4. Select the Wi-Fi wireless network from the list of networks available.

This wireless network should be the one used by your Beseye Pro Camera.

5. Please enter the Wi-Fi password. Once you've done that, select [Confirm] at the lower right corner.

6. Check if the lens indicator light is green and blinking:

If the light is not green and blinking, it would mean that the Beseye Pro Camera is still warming up!

You’ll just need to wait for a few minutes!

7. Reminder: Your device will soon be emitting beeps!

Please direct the speaker of the mobile device at the lens, and then press the [Cellphone ready. Next!] button at the bottom.

8. The Beseye Pro Camera will then start connecting with your mobile device. Please wait for the data to complete loading as shown at the bottom of the screen. You will then be directed to the page for naming the Camera.

9. What should I do if the setting procedures fail?

Please unplug and replug the cable and check that the lens indicator light is green and blinking. The speaker of the mobile device should only be 10 cm away from the lens. Once you've done that, repeat the procedures described in Step 6.

 

10. If your re-connection and setting attempt has failed again, you should then refer to the Setup Guidelines provided at the reference page.

Please check if the statuses of your mobile device and Beseye Pro Camera are compliant to the installation conditions described in the Setup Guidelines.Once verified, press the button at the bottom that reads [OK, let’s try this again].

 

11. Now you can provide a name for your Beseye Pro!

12. Congrats! You've finished setting up your Camera!

You can now unplug the cables and install your Beseye Pro Camera at your desired location. We welcome you to enjoy the great services provided by Beseye Pro and start recording precious moments and pictures from your life! Press the [OK] button to confirm.

Procedure for the iOS version:

1. Enter your personal account name and password to login to the Beseye APP.

2. Enter [My Camera] and select the [+] at the upper right corner of the page .

3. Plug in the power cable for your Beseye Pro.

Press the [Plugged in. Let’s begin the settings] button at the bottom of the APP page.

4. The Wi-Fi settings will provide you with the following reminders:

● Please check that the Wi-Fi settings of your mobile device has been set to Connecting.

Press the button at the bottom of the screen once you've verified this.

● If not yet connected, please head to Settings > Wi-Fi and Activate Connections on your iPhone or iPad.

5. Please enter the Wi-Fi connection password for the wireless connection that your Beseye Pro Camera will be using. Once you're done, press the [Go] button at the bottom right corner.

If this Wi-Fi connection is not password protected, you may press the [Next] button directly.

6. To ensure that the Beseye Pro Camera is successfully connected to your iPhone or iPad, please maximize the sound volume of your iPhone or iPad.

Once you’re done, press the button [Sound volume maxed. Next] at the bottom.

7. Check if the indicator light at the lens is green and blinking:

If the light is not green and blinking, it would mean that the Beseye Pro Camera is still warming up!

You’ll just need to wait for a few minutes!

8. Reminder: Your mobile device will soon be emitting beeps.

Please aim the speaker of your iPhone or iPad at the lens and then press the button at the bottom that reads [Cellphone ready. Begin Camera settings].

 

9. The Beseye Pro Camera will then start connecting with your iPhone or iPad. Please wait for the data to complete loading as shown at the bottom of the screen. You will then be directed to the page for naming the Camera.
