How Do I Setup Or Switch ON/OFF The Beseye Camera Notifications?

There are 2 ways: this:

  • On a mobile device (smartphone or tablet): Login to the Beseye App and go to [Settings] to make relevant changes.
  • On a computer: Login to the computer version of [All Camera], and go to [Settings] to make relevant changes.

 

How to setup on a mobile device:

Simple steps: All camera > Settings > AI Setting > Notification settings

1. Login to your Beseye APP and go to [All Camera]. At the bottom of the page, click on the Camera you would like to edit.

2. Enter the Camera live stream page and click [Settings]icon at the upper right corner of the page.

3. After entering the [Settings] page, select [Notification settings]

4. Switch ON the notifications

Motion detection: You may independently check the option to switch ON / OFF notifications for various kind of notifications. 

Member detection: You may independently check the option to switch ON / OFF notifications for various kind of notifications.

5. If you wish to switch OFF all notifications, go to the [Notification settings]and select OFF for [Allow Notifications]. Now you will no longer receive any notifications.

How to setup on a computer:

Simple steps: My camera > Settings > Hardware settings > Notifications

1. Login to the computer version of My Camera.

At the bottom of [My Camera] page, click on the Camera you would like to edit.

2. Enter the Camera live stream page and click [Settings]icon at the upper right corner of the page.

3. Select [Notification] from the popup menu.

There are 2 options for notifications: [Motion] and [People].

You can check to switch ON or uncheck to switch OFF notifications for each item.

4. If you wish to switch OFF all notifications, go to the [Notification setting]select OFF. You will no longer receive any notifications once you've done that.
