What are the Wi-Fi requirements for using Beseye ?

Let’s review your Wi-Fi configurations to see if they match Beseye's Wi-Fi requirements!

1. Confirm that your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz!

Beseye supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, which is the world’s most common Wi-Fi frequency. All Wi-Fi in the world supports 2.4GHz frequency. There is relatively less 5GHz Wi-Fi so currently, we do not support 5GHz frequency.

2. Check if Beseye is connected to your Wi-Fi:

Enable Wi-Fi connection on your mobile device and select the Wi-Fi account which the camera will be connected to.

3. Wi-Fi password: Check that you’ve entered the correct password.

4. Wi-Fi password encryption:

Please use WPA or WPA2 encryption which is considered more secure.
